What you count on

  • When you request assistance, a service provider will be dispatched to assist you and take care of your Emergency Road Service need within 45 minutes or less.

  • You will not be billed directly for services rendered. Note: You may incur out-of-pocket costs for replacement items such as tires and batteries.

  • Should a battery or tires need to be replaced, or should services be needed outside of your coverage, you will pay for the services at a competitive rate negotiated by Joyner. This rate will usually be less than what is available in the market. (Examples of services can include the cost to tow vehicle more than 75 miles)

Emergency Roadside Assistance Reimbursment

If you recently had Emergency Roadside Service and paid out-of-pocket for the service, submit the original copy of the service bill (including your policy number). We will promptly reimburse you based on the limits of your coverage.

Frequently asked questions

Can my family members be included on my membership?

Yes! Plans include one other person with a valid driver’s license living with you in your home, may also receive all the membership benefits if you list that person as your spouse or additional household member. The plans also cover your 16 to 18-year-old dependents for Emergency Roadside Assistance benefits at no additional cost. What if I’m not happy with my membership?

We want you to be pleased with your membership. Please let us know how we are doing. If, at any time you no longer wish to be a Roadside Assistance Member, please let us know at 800-397-9916. We are available 24/7 for your convenience.

Are there any other benefits from my membership?

Joyner often partners with other third party vendors to provide products and services to Joyner customers. When a new discount, offer or promotion is offered or announced, the promotion will be listed in the “My Account” section of our website in addition to an email announcement sent directly to your email. If you cannot access the Service Service application on clear your browsing history and try the application again. If the application is still unavailable, call 800-397-9916 for Emergency Roadside Assistance. What should I do if I receive a failure message when I enter my information? If you are unable to access the application after entering your name, alternate verification, and vehicle information, please call 800-397-9916 to request assistance.
